Our Valley Vets App

Unfortunately, as of the 1st February 2018 our app will be withdrawn from both the Apple App and Google Play Stores. As a result of this we can no longer accept any new joiners to the app or loyalty scheme. Don't worry, all your existing loyalty stamps will be transferred to a loyalty card and kept on reception for you to collect from the 1st February.

Any new loyalty stamps collected together with any accrued stamps will remain valid until the 31st July 2018, when the loyalty scheme will officially come to an end. In addition to redeeming 16 stamps for a £70 discount, we will also allow redemption of 8 stamps for a £35 discount. Please note, from the 1st August 2018 all existing stamps will no longer be valid and have no monetary value.

We'd like to thank you for your commitment and use of the app over the past two years, please rest assured you can still book appointments, request medications and contact us with any queries, by telephone, our Facebook Page or our Admin Email.

Our generous Pet Health Club will still continue, which offers Clients a 10% discount off all products and services. Please see our website for further information.
