We had some lovely feedback over the weekend from Ralphs' owner, Adam.

'Just a quick mail to show our appreciation to your staff, a year ago March our little French bulldog (Ralph) snapped his elbow and after undergoing surgery and lots of physiotherapy a year on he’s as strong as ever and enjoying the snow.
