We are a long established, progressive practice that believes wholeheartedly in first class patient, client and employee care. 

The position will be based at our Caerphilly branch. We will consider both part and full time candidates. Please indicate which position you would be interested in on your application.

This is a dynamic, demanding position where no two days are the same. The candidate must be empathetic, friendly, have a high degree of accuracy and be a good team player.

Having the ability to build a rapport with our clients, their pets and with your colleagues is of the utmost importance. 

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate proven reception experience (or similar) and hold strong administration, organisational and customer service skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting pets and their owners, scheduling appointments, handling telephone enquiries and processing payments.

Other duties include dispensing medication, ensuring stock levels are accurate, maintaining good communication between clients and the veterinary team and keeping the front of house area as clean and as welcoming as possible.
