Valley Vets Missed Appointment Policy December 2022
Due to the high number of missed appointments we have experienced at the practice over the last 6 months, we have now introduced a Missed Appointment Policy.
On average, each of our branches have 15-30 missed appointments each month.
Our appointment slots are very limited at the moment and without prior notice we are unable to offer these vital slots to animals that are in need of seeing our team.
From Monday 12th December:
Should you miss two consecutive appointments, we will now request the pre-payment of the consultation fee in order for a third appointment to be booked.
If the third appointment is re-arranged with at least 24hrs notice, the credit on the account will remain valid, but should you cancel with less than 24hrs notice or do not attend the appointment, the credit will be lost.
Please help us provide the best service we can and maximise appointment availability at our clinics by letting us know, as soon as possible, when you can’t make it.
