Emergency care for pets across Cardiff and Gwaelod-y-Garth
Our emergency service is open to clients and non-clients across South Wales.
We run our own 24/7 emergency service from our hospital.
If you and your pet find yourself in an emergency situation during our opening hours, please call ahead to advise us that you are attending the practice so that we can ensure we are ready for your arrival.
If you have an emergency outside of our opening hours, please call us on 029 2000 1454, so that we can advise you on how to proceed.
Our veterinary hospital has excellent inpatient and hospitalisation facilities, including separate cat, dog and exotic wards.
Any patient that needs to stay with us overnight will receive continual monitoring from our dedicated emergency team, so you can trust that your pet will be in safe hands.
Our day and night teams have a thorough handover procedure, allowing for a complete discussion of cases and excellent continuity of care.
