Medication order

Please complete the form below to order repeat medication for your pet. Our team will then review your request, and if approved will issue your pet’s medication or written prescription. 

Orders will take approximately 48 hours (not including weekends/bank holidays) to prepare, this may be longer for some medication including controlled drugs. You will receive a text from us when your medication is ready to collect. Please call us if you have not heard within 48 hours. 

If there are any issues with your order we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that if your pet has not been seen by us for a medication review within the last 3 months (12 months for flea or worm treatment), then we may not be able to authorise your request and your pet may need to be seen.
