You are here

Valley 24/7 is relocating back to our Hospital in Gwaelod-y-Garth this evening.

This means our Valley 24/7 Team can provide emergency care to pets in South Wales in our spacious state of the art hospital, whilst helping our staff to practice social distancing where possible to keep them safe.

As you know, It’s been a difficult few months with the devastating flood damage caused by Storm Dennis and now the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19.

We are beyond proud of our team. They have adapted to the many challenges we’ve faced whilst still providing the highest level of care to our patients. A very special thank you to Claire and Chris, our Hospital Managers, who really have gone above and beyond to get us to this point. Their dedication and commitment is something else!

We would also like to say a HUGE thank you to all our clients for their understanding and support over the last few months. It’s been a challenging time and we can’t thank you enough.

The building work will continue on the ground floor (as long as it’s safe to do so) and we hope to be operating at full capacity later in the year. We will of course keep you updated with the progress.

In the meantime, if you need us, you can call your local branch as normal and you’ll be redirected to us. However, you can also call us directly on 02920 001454.

Stay safe!
