2020 - What a year its been so far!

After the devastation left behind from Storm Dennis and now in these unprecedented times of COVID-19, we have had to find a new way to continue to provide care to our patients.

Behind the scenes and amongst the chaos, the VV Team, leading the new hospital project, have made unbelievable progress.

We are super excited to announce that we are now on target to reopen VVH Hospital in Gwaelod-y-Garth on the 6th April 2020.

This will enable the Valley 24/7 Team to continue to provide emergency care to pets in South Wales in a spacious state of the art environment, whilst helping our staff to practice social distancing where possible to keep them safe.

We are so proud of all of our team for continuing to provide care to your pets during these unpredictable times.

We would also like to thank our building, equipment installation and cleaning teams for powering on over the last few weeks, knowing how important it is for us to get the hospital back up and running to serve the animals of South Wales.

Our amazing building team will continue to work on the ground floor (as long as it’s safe to do so) and we hope to get our hospital operating at full capacity in the near future.

Watch this space, stay safe and the Valley Veterinary Hospital will be back soon..
